Job description

The role will include general office administration working with spreadsheets and using our database application.  There may also be requirements to use the telephone to communicate with energy suppliers obtaining information about unit rates and contract details.  The role will be based from our Accounts & Validations office in NW London.  This is a small office and you will be working within a team of two/three reporting to our Financial Controller.  Our head office is in SW London it may be required to visit this from time to time.

Duties & Skills required:

  • Identifying methods for providing efficient, seamless support to our Sales team
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with our supplier base Ability to multi task & managing multiple priorities, tasks and accounts
  • Experience working within busy team
  • Demonstrates good levels of numeracy and can work efficiently within established office procedures
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Knowledge of basic office computing applications
  • Experience of providing customer service to all levels of employees & colleagues
  • Demonstrates an ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • An aptitude for problem solving
  • Demonstrates good organisation skill

 

Working week: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm (40 hours)
