Sales Manager

Full-Time, up-to £28,000 basic+ £4,500 benefits/expenses package
+ commission/bonus (OTE £45-65k)

We have launched a campaign to increase our affiliates and business partners in addition to our internal sales efforts.  As a result, an exciting new opportunity has arisen for a experienced and result orientated Sales Manager at one of the UK’s fastest growing energy solutions companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and ultimately expand our internal sales operation/team.
  • Develop & Document internal and external sales & objectives.
  • Deal with initial enquiries coming from potential affiliates or business partners.
  • Carry out affiliate and sales and TPI recruitment interviews.
  • Establish criteria for selection process.
  • Coordinate and deliver all training requirements.
  • Provide excellent business partner support and management.
  • Develop new and existing TPI relationships.
  • Effectively motivate affiliate and business partner stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with TPI objectives and agreed responsibilities.

The role would suit someone who is inspirational, manipulative and who has an innate ability to communicate with others.  The position contains tasks, which require individuality within antagonistic situations; taking direct and positive action with little or no precedent will also be a critical factor of the role. The position carries freedom to act and the authority to make decisions even though they may not always be popular.  It is understood that the candidate fulfilling this role may at times challenge and/or even go outside of set parameters in order to achieve results.

The position requires a person who is venturesome, assertive, forceful, self-reliant, self-confident, verbal, independent, unyielding and impatient both to get things done and to succeed.
