What we do

We manage commercial metering across electricity and gas, from faults and upgrades to ongoing reporting. If you are moving to half-hourly, dealing with an AMR or smart meter issue, or trying to get multi-site billing under control, we run the process end to end.

When to involve us

Bring us in when you have any of the following: persistent estimated billing, frequent meter faults, supplier changes that trigger issues, half-hourly migration requirements, multi-tenant sub-metering complexity, or a need for better visibility on usage and demand.

Both smart meters and AMR provide regular automated readings, but they are not the same thing.

AMR is primarily one-way communication from site to supplier and is often used where a standard smart meter is not suitable or where you need a specific commercial metering arrangement.

Smart meters support two-way communications and operate within the national smart metering communications framework.

If a standard smart meter is not the right fit, we can specify and arrange AMR, align the right metering parties, and keep the data flowing into billing and reporting.
