How long does a new commercial connection or upgrade take?

It depends on capacity, network availability, and civil works. The fastest route is starting with a clear load requirement and an early DNO budget estimate.

 

Do you handle the DNO application and connection offer?

: Yes. We manage the DNO new connection application, provide application support, and review the connection offer so you can make a clear go or no-go decision.

 

What are contestable works and do I need an ICP?

Many parts of the build can be delivered by an Independent Connection Provider, while other elements stay with the DNO. We guide the split and manage the tender and programme.

Do I need half-hourly metering?

Many larger business sites are settled on half-hourly data under P272, and sites with peak demand around 100kW+ commonly require HH metering. We set up metering and MOP arrangements as part of the project.
